Consultation. We'll meet with you and review the entire home buying process from start to finish. Taking away the mystery will give you confidence in putting together your team, helping you choose a lender and title company.

Preappoval. Before you start looking at homes, it is important to understand your buying power. Knowing how much home you can afford will ensure you are looking at the right homes.  Preapproval can be done online, on the phone, or in a personal meeting, and we have expert and trustworthy lenders we can recommend.

Customized Search. Let us set up an MLS search just for you that matches your needs for your new dream home or condo. If you are not ready for a customized search, feel free to use our research tools by CLICKING HERE.

Shop for Your Home. On our first time out together, we will probably look at 5 or 6 homes.  We will arrange the showing with the listing agents, and gain access to the homes. Thereafter, we will likely visit homes as they come on the market until you find the right home.

Make an Offer. Putting together a strong offer is necessary in today's competitive market place. We will prepare your offer and help you figure out ways to make it attractive to the seller.

Close. Once your offer has been accepted, your real estate team must be turbo-charged for a timely meeting at the closing table. Finalizing the lender package, home inspection, negotiating repairs, and working with the title company to issue a settlement sheet takes lots of coordination - and our team leads the charge.

Photography. There is nothing worse than a listing with pictures snapped from an iPhone! We hire a professional photographer for all our listings, who takes the time to get the right angle and lighting.  Imagery drives a potential buyer's first impression of your home.

Negotiation Contract(s).  Having a strong negotiator is key to getting the most for your home. As seasoned negotiators, we help remove emotion from the process, and guide you in selecting the best contract in multiple offer situations.

Close. We will ensure the buyer's financing is strong, confirm the title company is ready for closing date, and negotiate any home inspection items that have requested to be repaired. We will sit at the closing table with you and be your advocate.
