While in New York City, he cultivated an international singing career and can still be heard in DC with some of the nation’s best early music ensembles. Mark also spent a decade in strategic communications – from non-profit to the Fortune 100 level. Mark’s diverse professional training and life experiences - as well as his engaging personality - uniquely equip him to provide top-notch, customized residential real estate counsel to our clients.
COMMERCIAL. Ken Rub lives and works on Georgia Avenue, leading the team at G7 as Managing Director. Ken has lived in the DC area for more than 26 years and has extensive expertise in commercial real estate. He holds a Master of Real Estate from Johns Hopkins, and has financed construction projects for commercial banks in his previous career. Ken moved to the DC area when he was stationed at the White House Communications Agency while serving in the US Army. In his spare time, Ken teaches Kundalini Yoga on Sunday mornings, is a Crossfit enthusiast, and sings in an award winning A Cappella chorus.
CAPITAL Lawrence Rondon is a Washington native and our team's Capital SVP. For more than 25 years, he has helped both for-profit and not-for-profit development groups unlock the potential of their properties to meet their organizations’ missions. His deep experience in construction and finance with commercial banks, private developers, family offices, and investment funds has allowed his clients to achieve their goals in both up and down markets.
